Despite being a large school, our Foundation Stage classrooms are warm and welcoming. With our own cloakrooms, toilet spaces and outdoor areas, the children begin their school journey in the safe haven of the Foundation Stage Department. They quickly get to know the other classes in their year group and all the adults who work with them, creating a real family feel.

We are very fortunate to have a spacious outdoor area which serves as an additional learning space. The children have access to the outdoor classroom throughout the day, in all weathers.  They enjoy exploring nature, using bikes and trikes and working on their balance and agility. We also have a stage and seating area so the children can produce and enjoy performances!
