Y6 enjoyed a  fantastic sculpture workshop yesterday with William Ashley-Norman from ChickenWired.  Following a template, they learned how to cut the wire safely with tools and then connect the two pieces together to make a small bird.   They were then able to use coloured tissue paper to customise their bird.  For those who wanted an extra challenge a heart sculpture was offered. Although this was a completely new medium to investigate, the children showed great growth mind-set and persevered to produce some amazing sculptures! #engageandinspire
