Y5 children enjoyed their ‘Focus on France’ day today. They ordered French themed food from a ‘pop up’ café, enjoyed singing a French version of ‘Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes’, learned about Monet and painted in his style in their art class, and learned some basic conversational French. All this with Mrs Vie, a French teacher from Stamford High School who joined us with three of her 6th form students. Une excellente journée! #engageandinspire #prideandjoy #nurtureandgrow
